Invitation for Negotiation
1. In view of the two failed bidding, the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and approved Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for 2017 invites qualified service provider to submit a proposal, with the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) at Php 1,080,000.00 inclusive of taxes for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Establishment of Environmental Management System (EMS).
2. All particulars relative to this procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
3. JHMC will hold a Negotiation Conference on November 15, 2017 2:00 PM to the address below:
