Kabadjo Handlers Association Strengthens Community Ties at Camp John Hay

Camp John Hay, Baguio City – On June 10, 2024, the cultural group Kabadjo Handlers Association paid a courtesy visit to Atty. Marlo Quadra, President and CEO of the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC), during the JHMC flag-raising. Their presence was honored by PCEO Quadra, who acknowledged their vital contribution to Camp John Hay in terms of attracting and enriching the cultural experience of tourists and visitors alike.

The Kabadjo Handlers Association has been an integral part of the Camp John Hay community for many years, as the camp was formerly a pasture land under the American regime. With this, PCEO Quadra took the opportunity to highlight his ‘One JHMC’ vision, which is not only constrained to the JHMC family but to the wider community that coexists in Camp John Hay, including partners and stakeholders.

In his message, Mr. Joeward Segundo, President of the Kabadjo Handlers Association, expressed their respect and support for the new administration and, likewise, their eagerness to work alongside JHMC in improving and enhancing operations within the camp. END
