John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) recognizes the importance of mental health and creating a supportive and safe environment to help women in the workplace flourish. On this National Women’s Month celebration, JHMC’s Gender and Development program emphasized the importance of positive mental health systems.
The JHMC GAD Focal Point System members, whose main function is to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment within the corporation, safeguard and support cultural sensitivity programs, work-life balance, and gender-based solutions. These key aspects are crucial in empowering female staff and preventing discrimination and unfair stereotypes.
During the corporation’s health and wellness kickoff on March 7, 2025, the JHMC proudly promotes mental health during National Women’s Month to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment that allows women to thrive and fosters a sense of community and belongingness.
JHMC, through its GAD Focal Point System, promotes women’s empowerment by adopting best practices, including mentorship, leadership development, and equal treatment for growth opportunities. By establishing these practices, JHMC fosters an environment that allows women in the corporation to excel at their maximum potential.
