Camp John Hay, Baguio City – John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) reopened the Bell House Library today for an art exhibit by local artists, Pasakalye Group. This relaunch offers visitors a new space to explore both arts and literature while capturing the artistic spirit of Baguio City.
Various artworks depicting life and landscapes are on display, while another section of the library features an extensive book collection dating back to the American occupation.
