Camp John Hay, Baguio– Recognizing the importance of a balanced and healthy work-life environment, the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC), through its Human Resource Division (HRD), set the health and wellness program in motion on Friday afternoon, June 21, 2024, at the IHG Open Court.

The event featured volleyball and basketball games, offering employees a dynamic way to stay active and engage in friendly competition. This initiative highlights JHMC’s steadfast commitment to fostering a culture of physical fitness and well-being among its workforce.

With the opportunity to showcase their athletic prowess, employees were enthusiastic throughout the games. It did not only boost the camaraderie among employees but also reinforces teamwork, which is crucial in the workplace.

Aside from sweating up the stress accumulated from the week, employees were able to enjoy, unwind and connect with their colleagues beyond a work – related environment.

The health and wellness program is a weekly initiative that prioritizes the general well-being of employees. Observed every Friday, it aims to offer dynamic activities that aim to strengthen and enhance employee relationships.  END
