On March 5, 2025, the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) office was adorned by the shade of purple. JHMC Staff wore purple attire and accessories to participate in the movement that symbolizes support for gender equality and all women’s rights. This collective action demonstrated JHMC’s solidarity with this movement for fostering a workplace that safeguards inclusivity and champions gender-responsive policies and initiatives.
Purple Wednesday is an initiative by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) as part of the celebration of National Women’s Month.
