Representatives from the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC), led by Atty. Marlo Ignacio V. Quadra, President and Chief Executive Officer of JHMC, held a collaborative discussion with the residents of Barangay Outlook Drive today. The purpose was to update the residents on the significant developments of the barangay segregation program.
The meeting was attended by all structure owners, showing a unified direction in governance and development in the program. Barangay Outlook Drive is the fourth out of 14 barangays within the John Hay reservation area that was visited by both JHMC and BCDA representatives for the barangay segregation program project. This demonstrates that thoughtful implementation and open dialogue are possible to enhance the quality of life for residents without compromising legal and regulatory frameworks.
