John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) participated in the 4th Investments Promotion Agencies’ Gender and Development (GAD) Forum, held on October 07 – 08, 2024, at Pasay City. The forum, hosted by the Board of Investments (BOI) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), brought principal agencies together to discuss promoting gender-responsive governance across various sectors.
JHMC’s involvement at the forum emphasized its continued efforts and dedication to advancing gender equality in the workplace and the community. Throughout the years, JHMC has put in motion a multitude of GAD-focused policies and programs, including actualizing capacity-building initiatives and programs, developing gender-sensitive infrastructures, and promoting gender-fair language and proactive measures for inclusivity and support for marginalized groups, particularly women. JHMC aligns its mission with national GAD goals, highlighting its commitment to inclusive economic development and advancing equality in all operations.
