On October 3, 2024, the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) shared significant updates and developments regarding the barangay segregation program for Country Club Village Barangay residents. The meeting highlighted the presentation of surveys, censuses, and legal requirements that structure owners must adhere to. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of forest management and the protection of water sources, aiming to balance environmental preservation with responsible progress and community development.

For JHMC, the meeting also provided an opportunity to understand residents’ sentiments about the ongoing improvement of housing repair guidelines within the John Hay Reservation Area (JHRA).

Reflecting on Country Club Village Punong Barangay Nestor Almag’s statement, “No one should be left behind,” JHMC emphasizes the importance of collective effort and shared outcomes in promoting sustainable development and resource management within the JHRA.
